Pepper steak

INGREDIENTS
Round steak
Green pepper
Celery
Mushrooms
Onion
Soya sauce
Cornstarch
Cubes beef bouillion

DIRECTIONS
Brown steak with pepper, onions, mushrooms and celery. While browning, place 2 cubes of bouillon in cups of boiling water. When dissolved, add to beef and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add salt, pepper, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp cornstarch in 1/4 cup water. Add to pan and simmer 10 minutes. Serve with rice
