Fruit cake

INGREDIENTS
16 onz Cherries
3 LBS fruit (Mix fruit)
1 LB Raisins
1 can apple juice
1 LB butter
2 cups sugar
1 dozen eggs
5 cups flour
1/3 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder

DIRECTIONS
Soak cherries, fruit and raisins in apple juice overnight.
Cream butter
Add Sugar then add eggs 2 at a time, beat.
Cook for 2 hours at 275 degrees.
