Air buns

INGREDIENTS
cup warm water
1 tsp. Sugar
1 pkg yeast
3 1/3 cup lukewarm water
cup sugar
cup melted lard
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Vinegar
9 10 cups flour

DIRECTIONS
In cup warm water, add 1 tsp. Sugar and yeast let rise for 10 minutes in a bowl with a lid. Add 3 1/3 cups lukewarm water, cup sugar, lard, salt. Add yeast to this and vinegar. Add flour 1 cup at a time while mixing. Let rise for 2 hours, knead down and let rise again for 1 hour. For into bread buns and let rise for another 3 hours. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 12 minutes.
