|1/2 cup of yellow, green, red and orange pepper.|
1/2 cup of leek
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms
2 chicken breast
1 stick of celeri
1/2 bottle terryaki sauce
2 cups linguine
3 tbsp ginger
1/2 cup brown sugar
|cut chicken in cubes and fry in olive oil, until chicken is golden.|
Cut vegetables into small pieces and fry in another skillet.
When veggies are cooked add terryaki sauce, brown sugar and ginger.
Let simmer for 10 minutes then add chicken and let simmer on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cook linguine noodles as directed on box.
Serve over linguine noodles.
|For the ginger you can add to your own taste, not nessecary to put 2 tbsp ginger.|
