Chocolate revel bars

INGREDIENTS
Bottom:

1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups rolled oats
2/12 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS
Mix together and press 2/3 of mixture on bottom of pan.

Melt:

1 can condensed milk
2 small bags chocolcate chips
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsb salt
1/2 cup nuts

Pour over bottom. Use remaing 1/3 to put on top. Chocolate should show through.

Bake at 350 degrees.
