Chicken cordon bleu

INGREDIENTS
4 whole chicken breast
8 tsp chopped parsley
8 mozzarella cheese slices
4 thin slices ham cut in half
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp warm water
1/4 - 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

DIRECTIONS
Pound chicken until it becomes thin. Lay flat and sprinkle with parsley. Top with cheese, 1/2 slice ham. Roll up tightly. Stir mayonnaise and water. Roll chicken in it and then in the bread crumbs. Grease cooking sheet and arrange chicken with seems down.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes
